Job Description    

• Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in the Manufacturing Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as Team Leader: Stores based in Elgin. Key Purpose: To lead and support the stores team and to manage and control inventory (raw materials and spares) so that customers receive the right quantity and quality raw materials/spares at the right time.

• Controlled and monitored inventory
• Analysed and solved situational problems
• Enforced and maintained safe and secure working environment
• Supported, guided and coached team members
• Communicated operational information
• Managed team relationships
• Compiled and issued documentation and reports
• Disposed waste/obsolete material
• Compiled and issued delivery schedules
• Developed and monitored team goals
• Drafted and updated work instructions
• Managed own development and performance

Skills, Experience & Education    

Must have Matric with 3 year relevant degree/diploma in at least one of the following areas to cover at least one of the following:

• - Procurement / Materials Management
• - Engineering
• Technical knowledge would be advantageous
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to and knowledge of SAP
• 3 years’ experience in managing Material/Engineering Stores
