• G4S Secure Solutons (SA), a leadng provder of ntegrated securty management solutons, has a vacancy for a Techncan based at our operatons n Hedelberg, Gauteng, reportng to the Senor Techncan, Ste Securty Supervsor.
• The successful ncumbent s a self-starter wth a proven track record n mantanng company polcy, adoptng best practces, and s able to exercse sound judgement n the pursut of the achevement of the goals of the organsaton, and understandng the role whch the Techncan plays wthn a successful busness unt. The ncumbent wll be expected to be results drven and to lve the values of the organsaton.

• Particpate in the design/ development/ review/ mplementaton and montorng of the departmental safety plans for each year
• Partcpate in safety forums created by the company for example safety meetngs and safety talks
• Report all safety ncdents to the relevant people
• Discuss all safety incdents
• Follow-up on any actvtes assgned through safety meetng/commttee/representatve/management
• Attend safety educaton and refresher programs
• Comply wth safety polces and procedures at the workplace
• Dstrbute safety nformaton as and when requred

Qualfcaton and Experence

• Grade 12
• Vald Drver´s Lcence
• Formal Techncal Tranng advantageous
• 2-3 years Electronc Securty Servces /Mantenance experence
