Specify What the Scope of Services Would Include:

• Define a set of alternative technology solutions in a Technology separation blue-print.

Specify What the Scope of Services Would Exclude:

• Elaborate on an Oracle EBS specific solution to replace the current solution.

Specify the Approach:

• Step 1: We will do an as-is analysis of the specific ERP module GSAP that needs to be replaced. 

• Step 2: Compile a report of the findings and develop a set of alternative solutions to replace this GSAP module.
