The opportunity

The EY internal HR department is looking for an Experienced Senior Technology Recruiter. Our colleagues across the business look to the Talent Team to consistently provide the most promising talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be right at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with colleagues, external agencies and candidates with diverse experiences and profiles. You'll be acting as an ambassador for EY, so our reputation for excellence and innovation in a wide range of professional services will be in your hands. In return, you'll have the support of a network of highly knowledgeable colleagues, as well as opportunities to impress in a high-profile role within a rapidly growing team of young professionals.

You'll take on a wide range of responsibilities, from attracting top talents to managing recruitment projects and defining sourcing strategies. Your key responsibilities

• Managing a diverse variety of recruitment missions; (from intake until offer);
• Identifying and attracting talented people in different areas of Technology Consulting such as SAP, Microsoft, Data Analytics and Cyber Security;
• Creating and providing innovative sourcing strategies;
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with talent to generate and improve recruitment pipeline.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

• You have at least 5 years experience in recruiting Technology Consulting roles.
