Role Summary

• The successful candidate will support the Faircom team with a structured data clean-up project, ensuring information across internal systems and databases is accurate, complete, and properly aligned.
• This is a hands-on administrative role requiring strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently within clear deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and clean existing data across internal systems
• Identify discrepancies, duplications, and incomplete records
• Capture, update, and correct information accurately from various sources
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms / Software
• Maintain structured tracking of work completed
• Work closely with management to report on progress
• Meet daily and weekly clean-up targets

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience in a strong administrative role
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer literacy (Excel and system navigation)
• Ability to work methodically and independently
• Reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven
• Resides close to the Southern Suburbs

Advantageous:

• Experience working with databases or CRM systems
