• Network Contract Solutions is in search of an enthusiastic and target driven individual looking to specialize in Contract IT Recruitment.
• This role will have you running a full recruitment cycle desk, maintaining and developing relationships with candidates and clients, closing sales and achieving monthly targets, Searching, Screening and headhunting in the IT contacting space.

Experience

• Business development with a focus on industries and companies that have a need for contracting roles
• A good understanding of the contracting recruitment cycle (urgency, rate schedules and growing contracting head count)
• 2 years or more experience in running a contracting desk with a focus on business development and not just account management
