Our successful VIP Hosts:

• Manage the operations of the VIP desk in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Interact promptly and politely with guests, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
• Provide excellent service to guests, addressing all requirements, questions, and concerns professionally.
• Keep up to date with all areas, services, and functions of the casino on a daily basis.
• Work as part of a team and individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately.
• Assist the casino team with VIP promotions, requests, and experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (NQF 4)
• Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
• Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
• Computer skills
• At least three years’ experience in a related hospitality field and/or customer service position in gaming
• Ability to work weekends, shifts, and long hours
• Ability to work in a smoking environment
• Experience answering telephones and fulfilling administrative tasks
