Warehouse Administrator (Internal) at Southern Oil (Pty) Ltd

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate scanning of all inbound and outbound stock
• Responsible for the conversion of holding codes to normal codes on products
• Report time movement of trucks
• Ensure that trucks are loaded according to slot bookings and report out of slot bookings
• Responsible for the checking the accuracy of all inbound and outbound documentation
• Processing of warehouse/batch transfers
• Coordinating the picking of stock
• Linking stock to trucks (Inhouse System)
• Chep Controller
• Responsible for stock counts, capturing of data and relevant inspections
• Daily administrative duties
• Housekeeping

 Health and Safety

• Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
• Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
• Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
• Attend safety education and refresher programmes
• Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
• Distribute safety information as and when required
• Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant working experience within a warehouse would be advantageous
• Computer Literacy on MS Office Packages
• Knowledge of SAP advantageous
