Website Content Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, technical minded and customer focused individual to join our rapidly growing Online team. Hands-on experience in working with CMS (Wordpress, Magento, Shopify etc.) is a must, along with an excellent attention to detail. Possessing and understanding of HTML and web development will give you the advantage.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Online content and maintenance of our bespoke CMS (training will be provided)
• Ensure good functionality and regular updates, working links and pages of the website.
• Maintenance of product content (photos, attributes, prices, categories) working closely with product/buying team.
• Maintain and update general website content in collaboration with eCommerce Manager.
• Ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Streamline and improve UI and UX together with the team.
• Assist eCommerce Manager with testing and bug fixing while working closely with developers.

Skills:

• 2 – 3 years of demonstrable experience using content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of eCommerce and web technologies, including SEO, an advantage.
• Have a good attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Be a quick learner, self-motivated and hands-on being who wants to be part of a young, dynamic team who are taking the Decofurn Furniture brand to the next level.
• Be self-managed and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Matric (minimum), Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field an advantage.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role (contactable references).
• The ability to work overtime or on weekends (during busy periods)
• Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel, HTML (advantage)
