Operating from Montague Gardens, Cape Town, this flexible freelance position focuses on the design and execution of high-performing web pages. The successful candidate will collaborate with the internal creative team to translate visual concepts into functional, aesthetically sophisticated digital spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-converting landing pages tailored to specific client campaign objectives.
Construct comprehensive profile pages and multi-page layouts showcasing diverse product ranges and team structures.
Utilise advanced web design methodologies to deliver visually engaging, modern, and user-centric interfaces.
Integrate and leverage modern AI design tools to accelerate workflows and optimise asset production.
Ensure all digital deliverables align with agency quality standards and client brand guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional web design experience.
Proven track record with a portfolio demonstrating at least two live, professionally executed websites.
Strong visual aesthetics and a deep understanding of modern web layout, typography, and user experience (UX) principles.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools within the design workflow to enhance productivity.
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, including exactly 2 days per week on-site at the office in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.
Prior experience working within a creative or digital design agency environment.
