At least 4 - 5 years relevant experience
A proven track record of experience in supporting the implementation of organisational change interventions and conducting research into the development of programmes targeted at influencing a positive work culture and client-centric culture
A proven track record of supporting the development and implementation of OD tools and methodologies, and rolling out OD projects in order to improve employee engagement and connectivity, and a healthy, productive workplace
A proven track record of dispatching OD surveys to identify areas of improvement and proposing OD programmes of intervention
A valid driver’s licence.
