For our candidates we offer authenticity. We are not career recruiters. We know what it means to be a candidate, client or interim. As such we’ll provide transparency, advisory insight and we understand that changing roles is a significant life event for all our candidates whether interim or perm. 85% of our work is referral based, so if we can’t provide a service that would result in a recommendation we’d rather say no.
