    Product Marketing Analyst

    GPDS / Milestone Development  

    • "Complete Market Equations in support of  all GPDS Marketing Deliverables are completed and met for future model programs
    • That includes product, packaging, pricing actions, as well as program volumes and take rates to maximize customer desirability and company/dealer profitability" 
    • Target Customer definition 
    • Role in portfolio
    • Industry,Segment and competitor analysis in support of program positioning  
    • Pricing Strategy 
    • Program cycle average volume  
    • Ensure vehicle line programes meet financial guardrails at various milestones 

    Cycle Plan

    • Direct market wants into cycle plan studies and input 
    • Support the development of Cycle Plan Portfolio
    • Development of FPVs with Cycle Plan programe input
    • Development of annual PVA's 

    Program Setup 

    • Ensure PDL & compile Order Guide accurately for SAF product group
    • Ensure all program inputs and changes are aligned with key local market stakeholders

    GTM Program Lead

    • Lead Go To Market process to ensure vehcile line is launched on time and with quality
    • Lead delivery of Product and Brand launch activities on time and with quality (Day 1, Marketing Brief, OBV's, Order Guides, Dealer Pre sell pack, Website & Brochure brief, Pricing, M&M Codes Final Dealer Sell Pack )

    Brand Marketing  

    • Support all business activities that are revelant to name plate   Support the collection and maintenance of market/competitive data on assigned vehicle lines
    • Suppport / lead Franchise room discussions with the aim of monitoring overall nameplate business health and drivning growth and profitability
    • Support monthly option mix forecast/alignment  
    • Support tactical Marketing campaign development
    • Support annual Pricing Strategy Development  

    Governance 

    • Lead/support governace activities for Marketing Operations Review Meeting    
    • Support /lead paper development and discusions for responsible vehicle lines   
    • File all papers 48 hours prior to meeting and minutes to be published 48 hours post meeting
    • Review of Cycle Plan and Milestone inputs with local stakeholder prior to submission to ensure alignment   
    • Provide Planning and Leadership for Product Marketing Specialists

    Education  

    • National Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing/sales or equivalent

    Experience

    • 5 years automotive experience in Marketing & Sales or similar 
    • Previous Product Marketing experience preferred

    Aftersales Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    Ensuring sales objectives are achieved: 

    • Deliver monthly wholesale sales performance reports, providing insights into trends. 
    • Monitor & analyze Trade Club performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing.
    • Initiate Marketing opportunities. 
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and acquire new trade customers (B2B).  

    Prospecting & Developing New Accounts:

    • Identify and cultivate new Trade Club B2B opportunities.
    • Increase dealer and customer participation on Trade Club.

    Managing Existing Accounts: 

    • Improved customer retention rate and increase sales for existing Trade Club members.
    • Develop & execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new B2B customers focusing on mechanical segment.
    • Manage Certified Parts Wholesale Dealer program, ensuring its successful implementation and alignment with overall wholesale objectives.

    Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

    • Accurate wholesale sales projections and effective performance monitoring.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Comprehensive understanding of the company's product range, including specifications, applications, and pricing.    
    • Clear knowledge of extended parts warranty program.

    Customer Relationship Management:   

    • Accurate and efficient management of customer data.  
    • Increased customer loyalty and repeat business.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Analyze and monitor data performance and implement corrective actions where needed.Regular Travel to visit B2B customers/dealers/ Body Shops and attend industry events.

    Interdepartmental Collaboration:

    • Work closely with IMG, SEO, Pricing Team, PS & L, Zone Managers & Trade Club Team.

    Cross- Functional Projects:

    • Participate in or lead projects that involve multiple departments, promoting integration and cohesion across the organization, particularly relevant to wholesale part sales.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • 5-7 years dealer / field operations / people management experience in Aftersales environment.
    • Display capability of leading a team in a current or previous roles

    Ergonomics Young Professional

    Requirements/eligibility to apply:

    • CEA/CEA-in-training certification.
    • Knowledge of various domains of ergonomics (including Physiology, Biomechanics, Anatomy, Cognitive, Organisational and Psychosocial aspects).
