    Business Intelligence Analyst

    Position Summary:

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify data and dashboard requirements, transform business needs into actionable insights, and create Power BI prototypes to support decision-making processes.     Key Responsibilities:

    Requirement Gathering:

    Qualifications:

    • Basic knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools (training and mentorship will be provided).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Familiarity with data management concepts, including databases, ETL, and data modelling, is a plus.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    Professional Services Manager (UK hours)

    Role Overview:

    • MRI Software is seeking a Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Manager of Professional Services to join our team in Cape Town SA! This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of their SA region Services team members in the Professional Services departments. This role will report directly to the Director of Delivery in South Africa, with dotted line reporting to Professional Services leadership in the UK.

    Responsibilities:

    • Local Services oversight, leadership, and people management of approximately 20 SA Services employees part of the SA Services Global Delivery Centre

    Accounts Receivable Coordinator

    Position Overview:

    • MRI Software is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Debtors Administrator) to join our team! We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven, detailed orientated and organized employee, whose primary function will be: (1) Working incoming tickets inquiries (client accounts email queries), sending invoices/statements and updating client info onto our systems and data maintenance. (2) This position is strictly back-office, non-collections, non-client facing, Debtors experience and Paywall (Suspending clients' access excel reports). Advanced Excel is preferred, Intermediate will be considered. Must be able to do V-lookups.
    • It is vital that the Accounts Receivable Coordinator builds and maintains a close relationship with all internal stakeholders, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.

    SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Work incoming Tickets (Debtors Queries/Admin)
    • Experience in Advanced Excel is preferred. V-Lookups essential.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience in Debtors/Credit Control admin.

    UI/UX Designer

    The Role:

    • As a Product Designer at MRI, you will work across the UX domain, including research (user interviews, product reviews, persona development), design (sketching, group ideation, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping), documentation (wireframes, specification writing), and user testing.
    • As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with other designers and use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed, design-related decisions. You should be proficient at converting requirements into practical product features and have a high standard for visual design execution. 

    Functions:  

    • Design user interfaces and process flows using iterative design techniques incorporating findings from user interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery
    • Produce user personas, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, interaction and design specifications
    • Run ad-hoc usability tests with end users when needed and communicate research findings
    • Facilitate design review sessions with key stakeholders with the goal of advocating for the user needs
    • Engage with development to understand platform capabilities, communicate design goals, adapt and verify designs through the agile software development process
    • Create and maintain UI guidelines and visual standards
    • Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements
    • Remain up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences
    • Iterate existing designs to meet industry or consumer needs

    You Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years’ experience as an information architect, interaction designer, product designer, user experience designer, and/or usability engineer
    • Proven knowledge of design aesthetics and solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles
    • Sharp attention to detail
    • Proficient in design tools, specifically Figma. Experience with other design tools such as Sketch and the Adobe Suite is beneficial
    • Understanding of cross platform, browser, and device design strategies
    • Relative experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. While it is unlikely you will code, having knowledge of how Front-End code works is beneficial

    Junior Lease Data Administrator

    Position Overview:  

    • The Junior Lease Data Administrator will work closely with our clients to help support across lease management areas. The tasks will cover abstraction and system updates. The Junior Data Admin will work on various projects as they arise, providing the chance to learn new systems, processes and procedures. The below responsibilities are not an exhaustive list, and each one could contain more sub-tasks.

    Responsibilities:  

    • This position will assist in administering all levels of Lease Administration and special projects as needed by management. 
    • Assist with abstraction of key data points from leases. 
    • Assist with creating leasing data in relevant system(s), whilst also running business processes (indexation to uplift rent, show clients commitments to landlords etc). 
    • Assist with client reporting e.g. scheduling key events reporting.
    • Support with system administration activities including user maintenance, updating configuration, customising the system etc. 
    • Support with running IFRS16 calculations in the system (post lease update activity). 
    • Uploading sales data and calculating turnover rent (for Retail clients). 
    • Assisting with sub-leasing portfolio to cover activities such as, raising tenant invoices, posting receipts and providing aging reports. 

    Requirements:  

    • Must be able to work during UK hours and South African public holidays (you will receive take UK bank holidays instead of SA bank holidays).
    • Some experience in data entry/administration.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication. 
    • Ability to work independently. 
    • Ability to work under deadlines. 
    • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities. 
    • A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility.

    Client Support Manager

    • As a Manager within our Client Support team, this individual will oversee a team of Software Support Agents who are responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries involving our Property Management X software products. Management of the team will include measuring the performance of Support Agents against established goals, ensuring all client interactions are handled in an efficient and quality focused manner, and providing coaching and feedback to improve Agent performance.  Managers may also participate in the development of strategic initiatives and will be accountable for the tactical implementation of those initiatives within their teams.

    Marketing Manager

    Position summary:

    • As a Campaigns Manager at MRI Software, you will be responsible for marketing campaigns your specified sector or territories, really getting to know our client personas to develop our brand to resonate with the audience.
