Key Responsibilities:

About You:

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role, ideally with a data focus
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services
• Skilled in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and documentation tools
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT, and data governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Azure certification is a plus

• We are looking for a UX Designer, to work on a hybrid basis in South Africa (Johannesburg). This is going to be a 6 month + extendable contract.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct heuristic assessments of existing digital products to identify areas for user experience improvement
• Define design principles and contribute to the development of a digital style guide
• Design wireframes and user flows for multiple MVPs, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements
• Support usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Enable and coach teams on the practice of user experience design
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand, products, and services to ensure design consistency and coherence

Skills:

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking
• Excellent design skills, with a focus on experience design
• Strong track-record in user experience design of consumer facing digital products
• Experience with user research methods and analysis
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar

• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, contribute towards project planning, and assist in the development, deployment and rollout of enterprise-wide systems
• Conduction system analysis and compile solutions design specifications (technical specifications) and related documentation and provide inputs / assistance in system architecture reviews
