• Selling and counting and maintaining service exchange data base

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants with Matric,
• SAP experience will be advantageous
• Excel and Microsoft word is essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tracking and monitoring Payments for project works
• Compilation of long-term plan and budget with tracking of spend against budget
• Following up on Tenders and ensuring adherence to deadlines
• Processing and follow up on Purchase Requisitions

• SRMs submissions and tracking
• The monthly Cash flow reports for Arcelik
• The monthly budget usage reports and project budget usage

• Facilitating fixed asset sign offs and hand overs to finance and production
• Arcelik Report and Budget SAP captures
• Cost code management
• Local contract development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bcom Degree/Diploma in Finance or Project management with an understanding of cash flow projections.
• Exposure to fixed asset management advantageous
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly with external and internal parties
• Fast Learning
• proficient organizational skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving the branch spares sales budget.
• Ensuring tele-selling to customers.
• Process picking list for sales orders.
• Pick and pack spares.
• Capture sales orders on SAP computer system.
• Maintaining and following up on customer backorders.
• Attend to customer queries and complaints.
• Assist Technicians with spares related enquiries
• Monitor outstanding orders daily, liaise with warehouse and buyers.
• Stock control, including cycle counting, receiving, ordering and dispatching stock are all included in the responsibilities.
• Assist in document filing.
• Provide support to service department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal applicant will be a matriculant who is fully conversant with the Defy range of spares.
• Good technical parts interpretation.
• General office and administration skills along with computer literacy (Excel and Word).
• Telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of SAP will be a distinct advantage.

We are currently on a search for an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team, the main purpose of the role is to Create a product design that fulfils DEFY’s strategic goals while integrating the needs of marketing, purchasing, quality and manufacturing departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage and implement platform projects from conceptual phase to implementation.
• To design products/components and/or make improvements/changes to existing products/components in line with market requirements and trends.
• To initiate and design wiring harness specifications for new and existing models.
• To manage and implement cost reduction/quality improvement projects.
• To ensure products comply to standard requirements.
• Production of safer products and minimize risks of injury or damage to property.
• To propose safety measures to ensure that products and appliances comply with international safety standards as well as flammability standards.
• To ensure that electronics on products are functioning correctly.
• To prepare and make presentations in areas of responsibility when required
• To design material to address product safety

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BSc Degree (Electrical Engineering).
• Experience in 2D & 3D drawing and modelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Product Development / Project Management experience at a junior level would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of Sheet Metal Design Principles, Plastic & Electrical Components would also be advantageous.
