    Site Administrator (Maternity reliever)

    Minimum Qualification / Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Must be Computer Literate (Microsoft programs)
    • Valid Driver’s license and own transport
    • Good Verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Willing to learn new Systems and capture data
    • Must be able to maintain relationships with clients internal and external
    • Must be able to work Accurately and with attention to detail
    • Flexible working hours due to the remoteness of the site

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

    • Execute general administration duties
    • Manage procurement process and keep good track of orders
    • Submitting mechanics job cards and weekly tasks
    • Submitting of weekly machine hours and monthly man hours
    • Ensuring that orders and PO processes is followed
    • Assist with daily diesel dips and reports and ordering of oil – ensure information is correctly recorded before submitting reports Ensure complete confidentiality of all
    • information pertaining to the business of the company
    • Booking out of G.E.T (Ground engagement tools)
    • Booking of services, submissions of service reports
    • Booking medicals and inductions
    • Booking and receiving of parcels
    • Time Register to be updated weekly

    Production Foreman

    Minimum Qualification / Experience

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Valid operator’s license
    • Production/Engineering related qualification
    • 5 years + experience in quarrying/mining production
    • 2 years + experience in a supervisory function

    Business Systems Administrator (Auxiliary Systems)

    Minimum Qualification / Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems administration and maintenance.
    • Valid driver’s license (required) and own vehicle (preferred), with willingness to travel.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and administrative skills.
    • Proven ability to solve problems, deliver excellent customer service, and perform effectively under pressure.
    • Demonstrated track record within a Business Systems support environment.
    • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
    • Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

    • As a Business Systems Administrator within the Auxiliary Systems department, you will be responsible for supporting and optimising business systems and related processes within Afrimat.
    • You will work closely with People Managers and key stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation, performance, and continuous improvement of various systems and applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support across the following systems: Web Register, Unis, ESS, SAGE 300
    • People, Papertrail, Kofax, and BEE123.
    • Monitor and ensure optimal performance and availability of all supported systems.
    • Manage system implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
    • Administer user access, ensuring appropriate controls and compliance.
    • Ensure timely implementation of system workflows and configuration change requests to minimise business disruption.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues reported by users or identified through system monitoring.
    • Assist with system upgrades, including testing and implementation of new developments.
    • Provide end-user training and support, including the creation and maintenance of training manuals and documentation.
    • Perform data imports as required.
    • Carry out additional duties as reasonably assigned.

    Quarry Manager

    Minimum Qualification / Experience

    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • A technical/engineering qualification.
    • Rock breaking certification would be advantageous.
    • 8 years’ + operational experience, including a proven track record in managing multifunctional teams.
    • Good understanding of quarry planning, development and geology.
    • Thorough understanding of plant efficiency requirements and upkeep of maintenance practices.
    • Must have a good understanding and knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act and associated regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • The ability to work as part of a team.
    • Good leadership and financial skills.

    Electrician

    Minimum Qualification / Experience:

    • Matric (Grade 12) or N4 equivalent
    • Have an applicable trade certificate as an Electrician
    • MV switching certificate
    • 5 years+ experience as an Electrician
    • Knowledge in fault finding, PLC instrumentation, high voltage, switching, earthmoving equipment, aggregate crushing and screening processes
    • Be able to interpret electrical drawings
    • Be prepared to work after hours and be on standby as and when required

    • Qualified Artisan with red Seal in Millwright
