    Junior Real Estate Broker

    Job Overview:

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties. Fluency in English and a willingness to relocate to Dubai are essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Property Listings: Prepare and manage property listings with accurate descriptions and professional photographs.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct research to provide clients with insights on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
    • Showings and Open Houses: Organize and lead property showings and open houses for potential buyers or tenants.
    • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
    • Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.

    Qualifications:

    • No real estate experience necessary
    • Must be fluent in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Proven experience in real estate, preferably in the Dubai market.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets.
    • Willingness to relocate to Dubai and have at least 200,000 ZAR available to cover relocation costs, including real estate course, housing and visa fees.

    Lead Generation Specialist (Cape Town)

    Position Overview:  

    • The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential customers in designated communities to generate interest in our fiber internet services. This role involves direct, face-to-face interaction with residents through door-to-door outreach, requiring strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The Lead Generation Specialist will report to a team leader and play a crucial role in creating leads for our internal sales team to convert. Own transport is essential.

    Requirements

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Door-to-Door Outreach: Engage with residents in assigned communities to introduce and generate interest in our fiber internet services, clearly communicating the benefits and features.
    • Targeted Coverage: Follow designated routes to maximize community outreach and identify potential customers.
    • Customer Education: Provide valuable information about the advantages of fiber internet, addressing any questions or concerns from potential customers.
    • Lead Reporting: Accurately report and document potential customer details, feedback, and market insights after each shift.
    • Flexible Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday, and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
    • Positive Impressions: Build positive relationships with potential customers, leaving a favorable impression of our company.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Ability to walk for extended periods and navigate designated routes
    • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
    • Dependable and punctual
    • Own transport is essential

    Reporting Structure:  

    • The Lead Generation Specialist will report to a designated Team Leader, receiving guidance, support, and performance feedback.
