Business Analyst at Team Africa Ventures

Overview

This is an exciting position that will see you working across multiple startups in various industries alongside our CTO who will guide and mentor you.

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. 

What will you be doing:

• Setting up CRM systems
• Work with data sets that are waiting to be organised and analysed. Giving insight on processes and automating wherever possible.
• Put your slick analytics skills to use, liaising across multiple teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales an Customer Acquisition) to understand relevance of metrics across the business and prioritising information requests.
• Implementing and maintaining the analytical toolset; defining and monitoring KPIs; generating internal management reports; and driving the scaling and automation of business processes.
• Update existing dashboards.
• Give feedback on new features necessary for growth and improvement of existing ones.
• Build new features and dashboards and keep learning and improving your skills. And occasionally surprise the team with some cool new finding!
