    Commercial Director

    About this opportunity!

    We are looking for a Commercial Director for one of our global customer units in MMEA, reporting to Head of Strategy & Commercial Management, MMEA and a member of Customer Unit Leadership Team to act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson.

    The main purpose of this position is to support and enable the Customer Unit’s commercial objectives including pricing, contracted terms & conditions, sales process governance, and high impact ways of working.

    The ideal Commercial Director will also partner with accounts to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations, and take commercial decisions, develop/enhance new Business Models to enable future revenues and margins.

    What you will do

    • Define Commercial Strategies that will improve business plan
    • Drive alternative commercial/price models for profitable growth
    • Develop and maintain relationship within the respective sales and commercial management teams
    • Responsible for E2E (pre- & post-sales) commercial management within the Customer Unit
    • Drive & establish the Commercial Excellence
    • Interface customer procurement and be actively part of the negotiation team owning the commercial agenda
    • Support sales team in customer negotiations
    • Drive Commercial Readiness in High Impact Deals
    • Support sales team in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy
    • Maintain interface toward specific Customer Department
    • Key interface for Customer Unit Head and Key Account Managers for any commercial matter
    • Be part of a Community of Commercial Directors and share standard methodologies
    • Development and deployment of price/business models and commercial directives
    • Monitor and coordinate the contractual terms & conditions with support of assigned Contract Manager
    • Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with commercial focus

    You will bring

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Economics and/or Engineering
    • Minimum experience of 8+ Years of Commercial experience
    • Key Account Management or Head of Sales background
    • Financial, commercial & procurement savvy
    • Ability to meet and create a positive perception and influence on the customers wherever needed
    • Develop new, innovative techno- commercial offerings to meet diverse customer requirements

    Network Engineer

    About this opportunity

    We are now looking for a Network Engineer who will be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance!

    The role focuses on Radio Delivery of Transmission Network Design and Optimization including Microwave, Long haul, VSAT and Fiber as applicable and deliver BoQs as per Managed Capacity Contract after considering inventory levels and by ensuring capture of spares as required by Operations Team

    What you will do

    • Support RAN and core teams for identification, augmentation and optimization of north and south bound interfaces (e.g., Iub, Nb, A-bis, Ater, A, PoI etc.)
    • Delivery of DCN, Sync and NTP performance audit
    • Handshake of AOP inputs with customer and identify and flag gaps from transport perspective to ensure a resilient transport layer
    • Verify and review the NCP and handshake with the customer. Also document deviations if any on account of lack of Capex, non-adherence to design guidelines etc.
    • Ensure smooth interworking with 3GPP nodes in the existing network
    • Customer interface for all Transmission performance activities at the OPCO
    • Ensure smooth interworking with RAN, BSS and PBN network components
    • Ensure transmission services delivery from Internal teams and periodic audits as captured in the WLA
    • Identify and flag operational issues and preventive maintenance that is impacting transmission network performance.
    • Support RAN team in quality issues arising from transmission network
    • Perform feasibility and impact analysis on the products to be launched in the market by customer.
    • Support Contract Management for Reconciliation, KPI & other matters.
    • Support FNI and feature testing as required
    • Support LCM for Transmission domain in the OPCO
    • Work with the central design, optimization and program management teams in matters of BoQ review, KPI Review and Governance
    • Ensure optimum performance of the newly integrated links and expansions via the set acceptance process

    You will bring

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport planning and design
    • Advanced technical knowledge in the network area of working (Radio, Transport, Core or Wireline)
