    Relationship Mngr: Card Acquiring Corp

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager: Card Acquiring, to market Nedbank’s acquiring omni channel products to tier one and tier two clients while meeting specific client needs and requirements. Strict sales targets will need to be achieved to reach and surpass business objectives. Sales and solutioning will be specific to card present and card not present markets.
    • The potential candidate will need to have knowledge and experience on stand-alone, integrated and ecommerce payment solutions as well as understanding Money-In and Money-Out business requirements.

    Job Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    • To collect on arrear accounts with regards to defaults on monthly instalments to reduce risk and provisions, in line with Nedbank business strategy.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Recover funds on overdrawn accounts by collecting excess and balances on overdrawn accounts through contacting the client via telephone, emails, or sms.
    • Make a repayment arrangement with a client telephonically that is in line with the Collections procedures.
    • Contact clients telephonically using predefined collections scripts to recover arrears and rehabilitate the client through contacting the client via telephone.
    • Set criteria with regards to the number of accounts that need to be worked on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that commitments towards arrears are made and keep to arrangements and normal instalments.

    Credit Manager: Non-Bank Financial Institutions

    Job Purpose

    • To manage a defined portfolio of Non Bank Domestic Financial Institution (NBDFI) of Nedbank CIB, so as to contribute to the enablement of Nedbank optimally managing the credit risk associated with portfolio & of quality assets on Nedbank and its subsidiaries books.

    Job Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    • The Data Steward is a data governance role within Nedbank that is responsible for ensuring the quality and fitness for purpose of the organization's data assets, including the metadata for those data assets. To provide data management services for the client data domain that spans more than one cluster.
