About the Role
- To ensure effective execution of stock movements (all receipts and issue) into warehouse and into subcon vendor accounts. Responsible for ensuring compliance against all Diageo inventory controls and processes, Responsible for minimizing stock losses or damages (quality control, theft, losses etc.)
- This role is to support the Customer Service Manager in ensuring day to day MOVE operations as matters related specifically to the management of ‘co packers’ operations E2E – walls, wheels, governance, and compliance, including effectiveness and efficiencies.

Inventory Management:
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers, in alignment with company systems and processes.

Goods Receipt (GR) and Verification
- Apply oversight to the goods receipt (GR) process for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring quantities and quality meet purchase order specifications.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations, comparing physical inventory with system records.

Excellence in Supply Chain
- Previous experience in stock control or inventory management, preferably within an FMCG, manufacturing, or warehousing environment.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP, WMS systems etc.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking methods, including barcoding or RFID technology
- Hands-on experience with goods receipt processes, including inspecting and verifying incoming materials.
- Previous collaboration with co-packers, production teams, or suppliers in inventory workflows.
- Problem-solving skills to address GR issues such as mismatches, damaged goods, or documentation errors.
