JOB PURPOSE
- Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensures the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- South African DC team is responsible for Distribution Center (DC) and outbound partners performance. Forecast and Planning, drive and supports operations fulfilment for outbound & returns and measure / analyze DC performance by implementing and analyzing relevant reports and KPIs. Owning the planning and execution of Store Openings and Campaigns.
- The DC controller ensures a smooth, transparent, and robust connection between all relevant stakeholders from inside and outside of the organization regarding work- and information flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the ecommerce operations via management of the existing 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL); DC and Outbound Providers.
- Accountable for eCommerce Supply Chain Management performance.
