    Duties and Responsibilities    

    Implement and maintain the Quality and Food Safety System  

    • Implement and manage warehouse quality and food safety system. Change procedures/operations where needed together with the relevant Managers
    • Verify quality systems and procedures on the branch by doing and coordinate internal audits and the closing and correct reporting thereof 
    • Swab and monitor results of the cold warehouses and refrigerated trucks for monthly pathogen testing 
    • Ensure Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is maintained, including HACCP and Quality meetings are done effectively 
    • Manage the Entropy system regarding the procedures, records, investigations and non-conformances 

    Develop and implement cold chain monitoring within supply chain  

    • Lead supply chain planning team to greatness and ensure all staff is trained on all supply chain planning systems and processes 
    • Implement and monitor temperature measurements throughout the warehouse and the branch’s distribution processes 
    • Develop and implement correct monitoring systems and relevant reports
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance to quality requirements 
    • Investigate customer complaints up to the relevant customer/shop regarding temperatures and procedures. 
    • Conduct audits of the various trucks - Primary, Haulier and Secondary regarding the ability to maintain the temperature. This will include the physical truck as well as loading and off-loading procedures. 

    Conduct complaints and incidents reporting in Distribution  

    • Develop and implement Investigation and corrective actions 
    • Investigate food safety and quality incidents at the warehouse  
    • Raise, and follow up,on non-conformances for all quality and food safety related issues on the branch with the various departments, service providers and BUs. 
    • Assist different BU's with quality complaints and investigations 
    • Develop and implement communication between different departments on the site 

    Develop and implement quality requirements for the trade including complaints and incidents investigations and reporting
