Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties & Responsibilities
- Best Practice and Knowledge Management
- Ensure Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) programme is implemented correctly
- Report to management regarding BBS trends and corrective actions
- Do safety checks and propose improvements where applicable
- Ensure continuous improvement of accessibility to relevant reports
Compliance, Governance and Assurance
- Ensure employees utilise Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) and BBS systems effectively
- Update and report on BBS programme
- Adhere to requirements of quality management systems
Customer, Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Respond to customer queries as per Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Address all customer complaints as per service management policies and guidelines
- Continuously endeavour to improve service delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained within the service management targets
SHEC Operations
- Provide support to analyse risk behaviours during incident investigations
- Conduct analysis and compile reports relating to BBS and VFL trends
Safe and Healthy Work Environment
- Adhere to all health/safety practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis
- Address all unsafe practices/potential hazardous situations, rectify/report to superior
- Comply with Safety Health Environment and Community (SHEC)/technical requirements
- Wear applicable Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times
Safety Performance and Operations
- Conduct regular BBS observations and recommend corrective actions
- Coach employees on performing a BBS observation
- Support Practitioner, Safety with regard to VFL and BBS compliance and any change initiatives
- Assist to create awareness on observed unsafe practices
