    Area Growth Manager (Colesburg) (Northern Cape)

    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Growing the Flash footprint in the area through all Sales Channels assigned to the sales team
    • To increase the growth of Flash device sales into the market - in turn growing the turnover in the region. Increase overall turnover of all devices and payment channels in line with the department’s strategy and targets.
    • To increase the acquiring base and turnover by maintaining a high adoption rate when placing Flash devices.
    • Ensure training of all flash products are done at the stores during every visit
    • Manage relationships and maintaining a 100% Red Flag completed calls within the sector to decrease churn.
    • Supporting your entire area. Maintaining the necessary relationships with all Flash traders in your region.
    • Map and Geo locate your Trader database to ensure database accuracy.
    • Maintain 100% KPI score.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    Junior New Business Consultant (JHB North)

    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Research and identify potential clients through digital platforms, events, and databases.
    • Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory calls or meetings.
    • Maintain and update leads and activity logs in CRM systems.

    Sales Support & Administration

    • Assist mid- and senior-level consultants in proposal preparation, meeting documentation, and presentations.

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or corporate services environments.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Competent in using CRM systems to log calls, update contacts, manage leads, and track activities under supervision.
    • General familiarity with digital payments, loyalty, or fintech landscapes, ideally gained through previous exposure or onboarding training.

    Regional Manager (Gauteng) (Gauteng)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Building sound regional strategies with the Senior Regional Manager. to drive the business KPIS.
    • Build out regional budgets to manage the cost of doing business versus the gross profit generated for the region.
    • Manage the regional business hardware budget and KPIS to achieve the set gross profit for the year.
    • Manage the team of area growth managers within the structure to ensure KPIS are met, and general deadlines are adhered to.
