    Professional Nurse - Maternity - Isipingo

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • To Provides age-appropriate patient care according to the nursing scope of practice as defined by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

    KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS

    • Must be able to practice within the scope of practice as Registered Nurse (Midwife).
    • Must be compliant with Hospital Policies and Regulations.
    • Ability to lead and supervise staff.
    • Attend to patient care within the Unit.
    • Attend to patient's complaints.
    • Must be able to provide safe, quality patient care in the ward.

    Night Supervisor - Nursing - Isipingo Hospital

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • The incumbent will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership during the nightshift, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. The role coordinates nursing services and multidisciplinary teams, maintains clinical governance and regulatory compliance, and supports the efficient operation of the hospital while ensuring continuity of care and effective decision-making.

    • Previous supervisory or management experience within an acute hospital environment is advantageous.
    • Midwifery qualifications and experience will be advantageous.

    Training and Development Officer- HR City Head Office

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • The Incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development initiatives across the JMH Group. This role supports organizational objectives by ensuring employees receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively, comply with relevant policies and legislation, and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Develop and implement the organisation's Learning and Development strategy aligned with business objectives.

    • Experience conducting training needs analyses and developing learning interventions.
    • Experience in facilitating training in a corporate environment.
    • Experience working with SETAs, Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs), and Annual Training Reports (ATRs).
    • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR systems, preferably Sage 300 People.

    Patient Services Manager-City Hospital

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • To provide efficient and effective management of the Patient Admissions, Reception, Case Management, Clinical Coding, Patient Administration departments.
    • To ensure excellent patient experience while optimizing the revenue cycle and achieving hospital financial and operational objectives.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Lead and manage the Patient Services Department, ensuring efficient delivery service from pre-admission to account finalization.
    • Drive an exceptional patient experience through high standards of customer service and effective complaint resolution.
