    Supervisor Call Centre

    Job Description

    • To lead and supervise a team of call centre agents to ensure the accurate and in full administration and processing of customer ordering, which inform on time and in full deliveries which results in good customer relationships for internal and external customers.
    • To recruit, coach, develop and manage the performance of the call centre agents to provide adequate sales services for the customers in line with agreed processes
    • Pricing checks and trend analysis
    • Ordering and variance follow up on exceptions and outstanding orders
    • Tele-sales and promotional calls
    • Returns minimization
    • Monitoring and completing NCRs on Third party service levels agreements
    • To collate and rapport on key sales trends to the sales team to defend and maintain market share as well as inform promotional tactics for example variance report by channel and customer, supporting new product launches.
    • To improve and maintain customer relationships through timeously communications e.g., send out SMS/ telephonic notification affected customers of late deliveries
    • To develop bake plan based on orders received and trend analysis of channel and YOY comparisons and inform the production HOD of the requirements.
    • To manage “on hold customer” orders and “price exceptions” by escalation to the relevant national pricing and Master Data management.
    • To facilitate the weekly call centre Invocom in order to assure alignment to bakery team strategy and review actuals against plan.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • FMCG industry 3-5 years Essential
    • Sound knowledge of call centre/ telesales processes 3-5 years Essential

    Information Technology Consultant

    Your role will include:

    • Keep project plans up to date for all projects directly responsible for either as an individual or team leader.
    • Implement new systems to specification
    • Take a detailed client brief, analyze the system requirements, and prepare a detailed outcomes-based project plan, including resource allocations and costing.
    • Contribute to the design and configuration of application products and service delivery for the relevant division.
    • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on the delivery of data and application architecture.
    • Collaborate with other IT team members to perform effective staff, infrastructure, and capability planning.
    • Foster a culture of ongoing improvement, identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application-usage best practices.
    • Ensure that products and services meet business needs and expectations as identifying and evaluating risks.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Matric/ Grade 12
    • Bachelor-level University degree, preferable a B.Sc., B.IT, B. Com)
    • Certified in MBS Installation & Configuration and Financials
    • Certified in intermediate accounting principle.

    Experience Requirements

    • IT Consulting 5-7 years
    • Microsoft Business Solutions 5+ Years’ experience   
    • Practical experience relevant to the above-mentioned certifications 5+ Years
    • Familiar with the MBS implementation methodologies or similar
    • Worked on an implementation project or support centre participating as team member

    Production Clerk

    Responsibilities:

    Stock Management

    • Assist Manager with physical stock count at month end
    • Compare daily counts on production statement and identify variances and variance reports
    • Assist with production bin reconciliation
    • Weekly mini month end counts

    Consumables

    • Order consumables for the production and maintenance as per plan and as per stock requirements

    Raw Material Planning

    • Assist in completing grist change documentation

    Production Graphs and Stats per Shift

    • Graphs on daily, weekly and monthly performance per shift (on production statement)
    • Complete OEE and assist in investigating variances
    • Daily Check of correctness of information on the production statement

    H&S and Food Safety Files

    • Print registers for HOD as per intervals required / monthly
    • Ad hoc walk through
    • Attend on adhoc basis relevant meetings
    • Compile H&S matrix as per H&S docs received from H&S Manager

    Time and Attendance

    • Daily check of absenteeism
    • Follow up on time sheets received from wages clerk, correctness and timeous feedback
    • Timesheets: Check weekly time sheets. Checking leave forms against Jarrison
    • Assist with reporting, leave planning, Shift rosters
    • HR vacancies communication
    • Scorecards compile and scan / file in employee file

    Qualification Requirements

    • Matric

    Experience Requirements

    • 3-5 years’ Experience in similar environment will be an advantage
    • Flour knowledge will be an advantage
