    Field Sales Specialist - Eastern Cape

    So, what will you do?

    • You will be responsible for growing the iKhokha customer base and be accountable to hit steep sales targets in the Eastern Cape with focus on East London & Port Elizabeth. 
    • You will actively source and find new sales opportunities, build pipeline and most importantly, close deals.

    Deal Breakers:                             

    • Minimum 3 year’s Field/Outbound Sales experience.
    • Previous exposure working within merchant services or banking sector is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.                            
    • Intermediate knowledge using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Software & CRM.             
    • FICA training advantageous.

    What would you be responsible for?

    Inbound Sales Specialist

    So what will you do?

    • You will contribute to generating sales for iKhokha and growing our merchant base.
    • You will be responsible for closing sales and enhancing our customer experience. 

    Deal Breakers:

    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years tele-sales, or direct sales experience.
    • 1 - 2 years call centre experience with a focus on outbound sales.
    • Proven track record consistently delivering on sales targets. 
    • Experience in using a CRM tool. Previous exposure to Hubspot will be advantageous.
    • Must be computer literate and proficient on Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint MS Office packages.
    • Excellent selling skills & networking skills.

    So what will you be responsible for?

    • Make cold sales calls from databases and/or lists/referrals.
    • Sales calls from warm leads from various marketing channels and activities.
    • Converting merchants within the sales funnel.

    So, what will you do?

    Product Manager - Website

    So, what will you do?

    • As a Product Manager in the Fintech/Payments space, you will be responsible for managing the iKhokha.com website throughout the entire product lifecycle, as well as the E2E journey of a customer within this space.
    • You will closely collaborate with Engineering, Design Leaders, risk and compliance, marketing and our support teams to drive product discovery, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and long-term vision and strategy.
    • Your primary goal will be to deliver industry leading digital experiences, customer-centric solutions that drive business growth, increase and improve online sales (conversion) and enhance the user experience.

    Deal breakers:

    • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the Fintech, Payments or Retail Industry
    • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) within eCommerce, digital marketing and web development
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

    So, what will you do?

    • You will be part of an architecture board where you will give input on best practices, assess current technologies used and participate in the proposal/sharing of new technologies that will be of benefit to the company.
    • You will be responsible for driving the technical strategy within your teams and to make sure that software deliverables align with company-wide architectural standards.

    So, what will you do?

    User Interface Design:

    • Review developed work to ensure that it meets the envisioned design
