    Sales Quality Assurance Auditor

    What will you do?

    • The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and auditing interactions within the Sales and Client Services departments to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, service standards, and operational procedures. The role focuses on identifying quality trends, areas of non-compliance, and development opportunities while providing accurate reporting and actionable feedback to management to enhance overall performance and customer experience.
    • The QA Auditor will conduct regular quality assessments of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer interactions within the Sales team and monitor adherence to regulatory requirements applicable to the short-term insurance industry.Identify and document instances of non-compliance, service failures, and quality concerns for management review.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Experience

    • Experience of more than 2 years  in Short-Term Insurance within a Sales or Client Services environment 
    • TIA/MIA system experience
    • Experience in QA roles will be advantageous
    • Multilingual in various languages; Venda, Tsonga and Afrikaans will be advantageous

    PL Claims Investigator PE

    What will you do?

    Role Location: Port Elizabeth

    • The Motor Claims Investigator is responsible for conducting thorough investigations into motor vehicle insurance claims to detect potential fraud, validate the authenticity of accidents or thefts, and ensure accurate and fair claims decisions. This includes technical vehicle assessments, accident scene reconstructions, fieldwork, interviews, and digital evidence gathering.
    • In addition to investigative excellence, the role requires a strong commitment to customer centricity—ensuring that all interactions with, repairers, and witnesses are handled with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
    • The investigator must balance fraud risk management with the need for fair and efficient resolution of motor claims.The on-the-road investigator will conduct on-site inspections of motor vehicles and accident scenes, gathering physical evidence and interviewing relevant parties to support accurate claims decisions and mitigate fraud risk.

    Minimum Requirments

    • Minimum Qualification Required  
    • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)  
    • A valid driver's licence (Code B or higher)  
    • A relevant diploma or degree in Law, Insurance, Risk Management, Forensics or Criminology (advantageous)  
    • A forensic investigation certification (e.g. CFE) – advantageous  
    • Technical qualification in Motor Mechanics or Panel Beating (advantageous)

    Minimum Experience  

    • 2 – 3 years of experience in short-term motor insurance claims investigations. (comprehensive, third-party, or commercial fleets)
    • Proven experience in accident scene analysis and vehicle damage consistency assessments.  
    • Experience working with motor-specific forensic tools, fraud indicators, and detection techniques.  
    • Previous exposure to legal processes, including criminal and civil matters – preferred.  
    • Field investigations and interviewing experience – essential.  
    • Proven ability to write investigative and factual reports.

    Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

    • Conduct comprehensive investigations on motor claims flagged for potential fraud, staged accidents, or non-disclosure.  
    • Perform consistency checks to verify if vehicle damage aligns with the described accident circumstances.  
    • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with claimants, third parties, and witnesses.  
    • Review digital evidence, including telematics data, CCTV footage, and vehicle tracking reports.  
    • Cross-reference information across internal systems and external data sources (e.g., eNaTIS, industry databases, social media).  
    • Prepare clear, evidence-based investigation reports with recommendations for claim settlement,repudiation, or further forensic analysis.  
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Claims, Legal, and Underwriting) and external partners (Assessors,SAPS, and Towing services).  
    • Identify emerging motor fraud patterns (e.g., paper cars, staged collisions) and contribute to fraud detection initiatives.  
    • Maintain detailed, secure, and POPIA-compliant records of all investigations.  
    • Meet required SLAs, performance targets, and reporting timelines.

    Competencies Required

    • Strong analytical, interviewing, and report-writing skills.  
    • Technical knowledge of vehicle components, repair methods, and accident dynamics.  
    • Knowledge of the short-term insurance regulatory and motor-legal environment (National Road Traffic Act).  
    • Ability to handle conflict and manage multiple high-pressure cases concurrently.  
    • High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.  
    • Proficient in MS Office and relevant digital investigation tools.

    Personal Assistant: Claims

    What will you do?

    • The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Claims General Manager and Leadership Team.
    • In this role the Personal Assistant will keep official corporation records and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials. Manages executive's calendar and independently schedules appointments. Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. Arranges events or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget. Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings.
    • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings and accompanies supervisor when requested. Extensive experience at top level, together with an in-depth knowledge of the organisation.

    What will you do?

    • The Investigator role is a pivotal, field-based role within our organization, responsible for the rigorous, objective investigation of high-complexity insurance claims. Serving as the primary link between the corporate claims department and the physical site of an incident, the Investigator plays a critical role in upholding the integrity of our insurance products and protecting the company against financial leakage. 
    • This position is specifically designed to handle a diverse portfolio encompassing of Business/Commercial Insurance (liability, property damage, and commercial indemnity). The successful candidate will be expected to operate independently, maintaining a high degree of mobility and professional discretion.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Minimum Qualification Required  

    • Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)  
    • VDQ (Vehicle Damage Quantifier) Qualification (Preferred)  
    • Mechanical Engineering / Panel beating N2/ N3 level / (Advantageous)  

    Minimum Experience  

    • 2 - 4 years’ work experience in the following (Advantageous):
