    Millwright - Babelegi

    A day in the life of a Millwright:

    • Complete the necessary administrative tasks for AMM, SHE, CDM and MDWT.
    • Interact with production, Suppliers and contracting staff.
    • Coaching and mentoring of technical operators and apprentices.
    • Carry out the planned maintenance required on plant.
    • Incumbent must be pro-active and prevent breakdowns on his/her patrols and shows initiative to continuously improve equipment performance – condition-based maintenance.
    • In both electrical and mechanical disciplines, install, service, repair and maintain existing and new equipment.
    • Attend to electrical and mechanical faults/breakdowns within the factory.
    • Basic troubleshooting on PLC’s and SCADA systems.
    • Programming and faultfinding on VSD’’s and soft starters.
    • Programming and faultfinding on defined instrumentation and calibration.
    • Root cause analysis of repetitive faults; implement corrective measures.
    • Steer ‘Continuous Improvement’ teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
    • Maintain high standard of work.
    • Ensure machine availability for production targets to be met.
    • Undertakes to work shift, standby and overtime as per company requirements.
    • Electrical panels must be closed and always locked and kept in a neat and clean condition complete with a set of as built wiring diagrams.
    • Always Adhering to Safe Working Permit procedures (e.g., confined space, working at height, hot work, LOTO etc.).
    • Ensure any dangerous conditions to be made safe immediately.
    • Ensure that during all work performed, food safety is never compromised.
    • Correct errors on electrical and mechanical drawings, update accordingly.
    • Alignment of goals to achieve NCE objectives.

    What will make you successful?

    • Matric, N6 or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and a Trade test
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.
    • Basic working knowledge of PLC’s.   
    • Preferably have a Certificate of Registration as an ‘Installation Electrician’.
    • Served Apprenticeship and qualified with a Millwright Trade Test Certificate (Electro - Mechanician).

    Logistics Coordinator - Bryanston

    Position Summary

    Drive the logistics and warehousing plan to ensure that finished goods are available, meet customer satisfaction, at the right stock location and with high freshness, whilst minimising costs. Optimize the full Supply chain in starting and execution of projects in own organisation or at third parties, together with the Supply Chain Team.

    A day in the life of a Nespresso Logistics Coordinator

    • Assist in ensuring the success of launch and promotional plans by coordinating availability of products.
    • Manage stock levels in line with Management objectives and analyse stock situation. implementation of events/ orders.
    • Liaise with Department of Agriculture with regards to shipment delays and relevant paperwork to ensure container release, receiving times and documents.
    • Create PO for all stock on Microsoft AX Dynamics.
    • Capture into D365 to ensure 100% accuracy of system versus WMS.
    • Coordinate stock check procedure and follow discrepancy procedure in cases of shortages or packing inconsistencies                                                          
    • Receive, investigate, and resolve BTQ stock queries.
    • Investigate stock discrepancies.
    • Assist with correction Transfer order in order to ensure stock balance on both sides.
    • Process BTQ Transfers.
    • Prepare damaged stock for Finance dept based on received process packs.
    • Assess and evaluate stock against returns procedure and process accordingly.
    • Process stock adjustments on weekly basis.
    • Write off damaged stock as received during the week.
    • Participate in all stock counts to ensure accuracy.
    • Addition or removal of items from sales orders usually during promotion times.           
    • Stock kitting for machines and pre-packs.
    • Assist with requests to get new codes added to the ERP as received.                                                                          
    • Receive and communicate all trade orders to receive approval for processing.
    • Complete actual stock and GIT report for easy viewing.
    • Manage trade order process on trade partner dedicated portal.
    • Price confirmation.
    • Stock availability updates.
    • Process Trade orders to is issue Trade Bill of Materials and liaise with Warehouse manager regarding preparation and delivery time.
    • Order pricing tickets and manage bookings with trade partners and courier in order to ensure accurate delivery.
    • Receive and resolve Trade Partner queries with regards to stock, pricing, and invoicing.
    • Liaise with Trade partners regarding returns for credits and assist Finance with information to process credit notes.

    What will make you successful.

    • Bachelor or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
    • 3-5 years’ Experience in Warehousing and Logistics Planning
    • Physical Logistics experience advantageous
    • Experience on ERP systems. Microsoft Dynamics working knowledge advantageous.
    • Fluent in English with strong communication skills

    AMM Systems Administrator - Estcourt

    Position Summary

    In this role you will be responsible to ensure the consistent & sustained application, deployment & control of standards required to manage the SAP AMM Asset & Maintenance Management System, in all its operating disciplines (Engineering Maintenance planning and Project activities, Technical Stores, Purchasing, & Finance) within a Factory site.

    A day in the life of an AMM System Administrator:

    • Ensure correct operation of AMM within agreed Factory disciplines.
    • Engineering – Assets/Projects, maintenance & repair activities
    • Purchasing – purchases, supplier details & analysis.
    • Technical Stores Control – stock issue/replenishment, cycle count & FIFO principles.
    • Finance – invoice & documentation control.
    • Audit procedures and requirements.
    • To apply consistently the agreed policies and procedures for new master data entry (Material, FLOCs, Maintenance plans and Tasks, Project WBS element structures) amendments, and deletion processes, set-up codes & AMM Standard Operating Procedures.
    • To ensure that management of data, maintenance planning and tasks, are shared within disciplines, and is consistent & processed according to agreed timelines, especially TECO’ing of work orders for month end reporting and collation of data to SAP Financials.
    • To ensure that the overall service provided satisfies business requirements, and that quality is periodically reviewed with Auditors and GLOBE Data Standards and Best Practices for the Factory and Market.
    • To ensure that day-to-day business operational issues do not compromise the adherence to data standards & related data maintenance activities.
    • To ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to the appropriate management level.

    What will make you successful?

    • Can work independently, self-manage to schedule, and attention to detail.
    • Matric with Maths and Science,
    • Tertiary qualification in engineering and supply chain/procurement is advantageous
    • Minimum 3 years AMM knowledge and Technical Store knowledge

    Agriculturist - Mossel Bay

    A day in the life of an Agriculturist:

    • Manage annual budget of milk quantities and requirements for district and area.
    •  Ensure milk composition/solids and loss/gain from farmers are per norm and Nestlé requirements.
    • Ensure milk quality control as per norm and Nestlé manufacturing standards that ensure first time quality.
    • Manage Chilling stations, control costs of the milk depots, milk districts and transport density.
    • Develop milk district, emerging farmers and build relationships to ensure stable and long-term supply of milk to Nestlé.
    • Contribute to SHE: zero lost time injuries through BBSHE and safety talks with Tanker drivers.
    • Driving climate interventions on farms aligned with the Climate and Regenerative Agric Roadmaps.

    What will make you successful?

    • Degree / Diploma in Agriculture.
    • 2 - 5 Years experience in the Dairy Industry.
    • Knowledge of milk procurement and costing.
    • Milk quality and composition.
