    International Learning & Development Trainer

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training programs to our BPO agents in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver training programs to BPO agents in a clear and engaging manner
    • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
    • Conduct training needs assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
    • Collaborate with the L&D team and other departments to ensure consistency in training delivery
    • Provide coaching and feedback to BPO agents to improve performance

    Resume Reviewer/ Editor

    • As a Resume Reviewer at Mango5, you'll be responsible for providing feedback and guidance on how to improve job seekers' resumes through a video review. You'll also be helping job seekers write accomplishment-based bullet points and include relevant keywords in their resumes. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and a desire to help others succeed, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Mango5. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Review job seekers' resumes and provide feedback on how to improve their resumes through a 10-15 minute video review 
    • Provide general resume feedback and show job seekers how to write accomplishment-based bullet points and include keywords from their target job 
    • Add notes for the job seeker as needed 
    • Check all spelling & grammar in the workspace 
    • Upload video to submit for QA 
    • Make any corrections requested by QA, if required, and resubmit

    • Strong vocabulary and command of language: Have a wide range of vocabulary and the ability to use language effectively and accurately. 
    • Clear and concise writing style: Able to convey ideas and information in a clear, concise manner that is easy to understand.

    Customer Service Administrator

    We are looking for a highly driven, focused and detail-orientated Customer Service Administrator for one of our new award-winning clients specializing in Ultrasound and Cardiology Diagnostic services, working in partnership with the NHS, to provide patient appointments nationwide, in a community-based setting.

    Requirements

    Essential Skills:

    Key Roles/Duties

    • Answering a variety of incoming calls in a timely manner, delivering a professional and efficient service
    • The receiving, processing, and co-ordinating of referrals. This involves liaising with patients, clinicians and external health professionals and providing a range of related support services.
    • Performing administrative functions associated with booking appointments and dealing with and resolving queries.
    • Contacting NHS patients to arrange a convenient appointment within set KPIs/SLAs
    • Courtesy calling patients, reminding patients of their appointments and informing them of clinic locations and any preparation
    • Re-arrange patient appointments within set KPIs/SLAs
    • To provide non-clinical advice about clinic appointments and preparation
    • To ensure all telephone enquiries are answered confidently, to provide a customer-focused approach.
    • Ensure that all calls are complete to the highest possible standard, in line with our quality monitoring

    Linguistics Trainer

    Trainer Responsibilities: 

    • Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. 
    • Communicating and working cooperatively with colleagues on matters regarding course offerings, programs, and activities that enhance the command of the English language. 
    • Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees. 
    • Prepare learning materials for programs. 
    • Develop onboarding programs for new employees. 
    • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs. 
    • Research new teaching methods. 
    • Attend education conferences. 
    • Remaining current professionally. 
    • Using and developing a variety of effective teaching techniques and assessment methods. 

    Requirements

    • A university degree, preferably in the field of Linguistics or language studies.  
    • Previous experience in teaching English on higher level preferred. 
    • Well-spoken with a good command of English verbally and in written communication.  
    • Be a certified Facilitator (registered assessor/and or moderator would be beneficial). 
    • Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position preferred.
