    Receive & Dispatch Administrator - CC Warehouses (Jet Park)

    Main Responsibilities 

    • Goods Receiving & Despatch.
    • Report Quality issues on goods received
    • Identification of components and/or parts that requires scrapping
    • Should maintain good level of Housekeeping
    • Should practise and apply high levels of safety.
    • Experienced in the use of lifting equipment ie. Forklifts to load or unload parts and/or components.
    • Adhere to and support the QA processes.
    • Support the service exchange co-ordinator with Service exchange components.

    Required Skills and Capabilities

    • A good knowledge and understanding of mining products
    • Computer literacy
    • Interpersonal skills to work as part of the aftermarket team
    • Good communication skills
    • Understanding of flow of goods in regard to the aftermarket workshop, from goods receiving to picking and issuing of goods.
    • Good understanding of measuring equipment.
    • Problem solving skills
    • Should be a well disciplined and organized person. 

    Educational Qualification

    • Grade 12

    Other Abilities/Skills

    • Warehouse experience required
    • Computer Literacy
    • BPCS knowledge would be advantageous
    • Forklift License would be advantageous
    • Valid driver’s license Code B

    • Accuracy of all aspects of duties performed in the warehouse such as goods receipted, goods identification, packing and despatching.

    The role requires an experienced customer-focused HR professional with strong HR skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to improve and optimise systems and processes with focus on Recruitment, HR Link and HR systems

    Qualification Requirements    

    • HR / Social Sciences Degree (or equivalent).

    Knowledge & Experience    

    • HR principles, policies and practices
    • Employment law and regulations, e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Acts, Skills Development Act, etc.
    • HR Systems (preferably Accsys) and reporting

    Responsibilities    Functions & Tasks

    • Recruitment & Selection 
    •  Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including recruitment requests, job advertising, screening, short-listing, selection and placement    

    HR Practices    

    •  Monitor compliance with set company policies and procedures, and recommend amendments and improvements as necessary

    Engineer - Battery Electric Vehicle

    Main tasks

    • Technical/Engineering support for Battery Technicians
    • Read and understand electrical drawings
    • Able to write Safe Work Procedures
    • Manage inventory and or manage spare parts – liaison with Division
    • Deliver online(remote) and onsite customer support
    • Champion inventory levels and spares availability as well as tracking
    • Work on high voltage components within battery systems
    • Set up Wi-Fi connectivity both in workshop and client site
    • Update software on battery and battery sub packs
    • Refill and test Sub pack cooling
    • Work closely with technical services to co-ordinate maintenance requirements
    • Draft technical reports post repair or maintenance tasks
    • Train technicians on battery systems
    • Assemble and disassemble battery components
    • Fault find battery, charger, and cooling system components
    • Rebuild battery, battery sub packs and all their components
    • Drive root cause analysis and reliability improvement program for electric vehicles and battery packs
    • Liaise with Product Company for product development and improvement of products and solutions
    • Repair and maintenance of battery pack sub-components
    • Drive safety and assist in development of Safe Operating Procedures related to battery electric vehicles and Li-Ion battery packs
    • Develop continuous improvement programs to support operation and maintenance of battery electric vehicles in the field

    Requirements

    • Engineering Degree in either Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or Millwright Qualification (Electrical High Voltage certification)
    • A good knowledge of English both written and spoken
    • Mining and/or mining vehicle experience (Underground preferable but not essential)
    • Customer support experience
    • Good administrative skills
    • Confident in technical report writing
    • Effective communication and organizational skills
    • Be willing and able to travel with a valid passport
    • Experience delivering training 
    • Both mechanical and electrical skills or an ability to acquire desired skills (Millwright or preferable)
    • Ability and willingness to work long or irregular hours
    • A forward-thinking attitude and an aptitude to embrace innovative technologies and concepts

    Stores Assistant

    Main tasks

    • The receiving of stock and allocating to consignment stock, off-loading, opening and unpacking of parcels received
    • Assist customers with the collections promptly and ensure that the relevant documents are completed
    • Afterhours stand by when required
    • Verifying the items received against the relevant documents to be correct in quantity and part number
    • Check items received and the general condition of the packaging to be free from any defects
    • Ensuring the part number and description is written correctly on the stock requisition
    • The picking of items as per documents.  
    • Report any deviations found immediately to supervisor/manager on site 
    • Ensure the goods for dispatch are packed in such a way to protect the goods up to the point of delivery
    • Assist with surplus returns, check picking accuracy, part numbers and quantities    Ensuring spare part availability on site
    • Report on stock consumption

    Key competencies

    • Grade 12 with 2 years warehouse experience
    • Stores experience on a mine site would be advantageous
    • Computer literacy
    • Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers

    Technical Assistant - Mogalakwena - 2 positions

    Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job

    • Attend to breakdowns on site
    • Assist with the maintenance of equipment
    • Troubleshoot and repair system and machine problems
    • Ensure quality work at all times
    • On the job training of assemblers
    • Proper housekeeping
