We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) consultant to join our growing call centre team at Mango5. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating call centre agents' performance, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular call monitoring and evaluation of call centre agents.
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance.
• Analyse call centre data and metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with the call centre team to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Ensure that customer service standards are being met and exceeded.
• Provide regular reports on call centre performance to management.

Requirements:

• Min 1-year Call Centre Experience
• Min 1-year International Client Service Exp (UK)
• Min 1-year International Sales Exp (UK) – Advantageous
• Understanding of Information Security and General Data Protection Regulation
• Min 1-year Experience working in a Customer Service Environment

Non-Negotiables:

• Matric or Grade 12/NQF Level 4
• Min 1 Year Experience in a QA/Admin role
• Fluency in English Language Communication
• Computer Literate
• Proven data-capturing ability
• Proven ability to analyse data and metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Experience working in a KPA/target-driven environment
• Crim Check/ITC

Responsibilities: 

• Review job seekers' resumes and questionnaires 
• Write high-quality resume content including Summary, accomplishment-based Work Experience bullet points, Core Competencies (skills), Education & Certifications, and any additional resume sections required 
• Include highlighted placeholders for missing information for job seekers to complete in their draft 
• Add blue highlights for keywords related to target jobs 
• Personalize notes in the Writer Notes tab 
• Check for spelling and grammar errors 
• Share the Google doc in the workspace and perform Quality Check scan to correct issues as needed 
• Submit for QA and make any corrections requested by QA, if required.
