    Human Resources Manager - Cape Town HQ

    What we’re looking for:

    We’re looking for a HR Manager to join our team. Successful incumbent will be responsible for providing Generalist HR enabling support to the Technical Services, Agronomy & customer Collaboration Teams. There will also be a requirement for managing and executing various projects to standardise and strengthen HR practice across the Supply Chain organisation in addition to addressing Data Analysis, Insights and Reporting requirements.

    Accountabilities:

    Clerk Sales Administration - Paarl

    Responsibilities

    What are we looking for?

    Gross Sales

    • Ensuring accurate and timely uploading of list price, minimum price, and intercompany pricing releasing
    • Ensuring pricing is accurately maintained in the SAP system.

    CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

    • Access CRM and check for new sales deals requests that requires releasing in the SAP system.
    • Prior to release the following information is verified:

    The incident includes the relevant approval for out of guardrail pricing Sales deal description matches the deal sheet Validity Period Condition Type and Key Combination used Sales Organisation and Company Code detail Customer Number and or Customer Hierarchy Numbers Material Code and or volume rebate group.

    • Ensuring sales deals are released accurately & timely in the SAP system and within the agreed SLA.
    • The CRM status is then changed to “Resolved” and the system auto generates a solution notification confirming that the sales deal had been loaded and released.

    Reporting

    • Compile and distribute a Price Minimum Control – daily – report depicts sales orders blocked based on minimum price.
    • Compile and distribute a Billing vs Pricing Date control – daily – highlights invoicing done with a pricing date more than 10 days.
    • Compile and distribute a Zero Discounts control – daily – highlights sales orders processed at list pricing.
    • Compile and distribute an Intercompany zero discounts - daily - highlights purchase orders processed at list pricing.
    • Compile and distribute a Sales Order Reason – daily - highlights pricing credits processed with order reason 13 (Pricing difference – Admin related)
    • Compile and distribute a Truck Allowance control – daily – highlights sales orders on which condition type “Truck Allowance Header” was affected.

    Pricing Claims

    • Administration of pricing claims to ensure claims are closed-off.
    • Process enhancements to reduce pricing claims.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Pricing and Sales Deals: SOX & GCS control execution
    • Direct support to Customer Managers with regards to pricing
    • Customer Contracts (Trade Agreements) - ensuring accurate releasing of on invoice discounts and allowances for accounting and tax purposes.

    Qualifications

    Specialist Artisan - Ceres Beverages Plant

    What we’re looking for:

    We are looking for a Specialist Artisan to join our dynamic team. The role is physically located in Ceres. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    The main purpose is primarily to ensure maximum plant uptime is achieved continuously and leads the maintenance and trouble shooting of control systems/instrumentation equipment as well as ensure that the factory meets its key KPIs which include but are not limited to volume and quality compliance, costs and downtime reduction.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:

    • Performs instrumentation maintenance activities associated with process plant, packaging plant; palletizing plant, utilities and facilities.
    • Monitors daily downtime and institute corrective action plans to prevent recurrences of breakdowns.
    • Calibrates, repairs and maintains control gear/instrumentation and associated equipment to ensure operation within set standards;
    • Perform root cause analysis to address asset performance problems and/or reduce cost;
    • Maintains PLCs and SCADA systems and networks (hardware and software) and perform changes/modification as required;
    • Continuously evaluates the process control philosophy and initiate improvement actions in order to achieve asset performance targets;
    • Implements continuous improvement on all electronic equipment in the plant.
    • Assist in commissioning of modifications/projects;
    • Ensures proper documentation of changes/modifications and perform internal audits;
    • Fault finding and repair of electronic systems to card level.

    • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software
    • Must have strong knowledge and experience in control systems – SCADA and PLCs, ACDC drives and SCADA systems.
    • Extensive knowledge and expeirience in instrumentation, HAZOP studies, PIDs and quality standards
    • Working experience with industrial communication methodologies (RS-232, ASI, Device net, Ethernet
    • Extensive experience with operator interfaces; and energy devices such as drives; servo drives; thyristors; soft starters etc.
