    Customer/Client Way Champion

    As a Customer/Client Way Champion you will be responsible for:

    Consistent Engagement Process:

    • Assess, refresh, and embed the client and customer way aligned with our global client program.
    • Entrench client way as best practice across business units.
    • Establish and implement tools consistently to achieve business goals.

    Strategic Value Creation:

    • Align client and customer engagement practices across business units.
    • Cultivate effective personal relationships with influential stakeholders.
    • Conduct client and customer reviews for actionable insights and continuous improvement.

    Competitive Advantage:

    • Identify ways to strengthen client and customer relationships based on analysis and insights.
    • Develop innovative solutions, commercial contract terms, and articulate Smollan's value creation.
    • Establish external KPIs to measure strategic value creation.

    REQUIREMENTS

    What are we looking for?

    To qualify for this role, you should have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in the FMCG/Retail/Sales environment with at least 5 years’ experience as a senior resource. Established retail networks an advantage              
    • Familiarity with retail industry trends and client strategies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
