    Ops Specialist: Information Sec Risk

    Core Description

    • Responsible for the identification, measurement, control and minimisation of loss associated with uncertain risks throughout the ICT environment.
    • The development, documentation, implementation and monitoring of an Information risk management framework including policies, standards, procedures, and security architecture to ensure delivery and awareness of sound Information Security management practices company wide, including compliance with national legislation and international standards.

    Ops Specialist: Information Security Architect

    Core Description

    Under limited supervision, develop an architecture framework that will enable Telkom to anticipate possible security threats and identify areas of weakness in a network system while responding effectively and promptly to possible breaches of security. Develop technology standards and architecture and acquisition or management plans. Draft Security Architecture documents for specific projects or programs clearly articulating goals, constraints, and rationale for architecturally significant decisions. Conduct security architecture reviews periodically to evaluate and address security standards adherence. Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and standards, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organisations. Provides support and consultancy with respect to risk management practices and concerns within IT and business architectures, applications, changes, solutions and operational processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create reference architecture covering network segmentations, software-defined perimeter, certificate management, identity, and access management, managing privilege accesses, application integration.
    • Prepare and maintain technical design documentation, diagrams and other architectural artefacts.
    • In addition to the core architectural skillset, the ideal candidate will be keen to maintain a low-level understanding of how technology works, be comfortable having administrative systems access, and be confident assisting engineering teams to troubleshoot issues across complex distributed systems.

    Snr Manager: Supplier Contract Man

    Core Description

    • Responsible for Tactical/Operational and or Strategic Supplier relationship management. Including amongst others managing relationships between business (tactical/operational and strategic units) and suppliers as well as supplier performance. Ensuring that suppliers deliver against contractual SLAs and requirements of business units in achieving objectives. Managing escalations/disputes between Suppliers and Business users and ensuring resolutions to disputes by being points of experts and reference for contracts and associated BOQ or statements of work.

    Specialist: Customer Analytics

    Core Description

    • Responsible to execute data analysis, modelling, tracking and providing strategic and analytical insights as well as comprehensive reports to improve our campaigns, product and maximize monetization. This will be done by developing a variety of models including churn models, segmentation models, regression models and propensity models. Responsible for managing the analytical needs of the commercial division across the different products and sales channels and customer value tiers. This also includes defining KPIs to measure and track for a given campaign, create insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key KPIs and trends against campaigns.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Enable/ support CPM Campaign Management operational needs by sourcing data from DWH, operational and other BI environments - to execute direct campaigns (30-40%)
    • Perform deep-dive post-campaign analytics to determine campaign results, short/ long-term changes in customer behaviour, commercial impact, revenue cannibalisation, etc.
    • Develop and implement statistical models, such as response, survival, write-off and attrition models, to improve campaign efficiency in both acquisition and retention through targeted marketing
    • Conduct campaign segmentation and pricing analysis and financial forecasting by utilizing value based models and pricing optimization
    • Develop and maintain predictive/ propensity models, segmentation models, etc.
    • Work closely with the campaign management specialists & segment heads, to monitor the deployment of models in campaigns to continuously improve base management performance (20-30%)
