    Enterprise Business Development Executive

    MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

    Sales

    • Develop a sales target and execution plan.
    • Identify and establish relationships with key contacts.
    • Communicate and educate client prospects about the Teraco value proposition and position this within the clients‘ sales engagement.
    • Understand client positions in the greater Teraco ecosystem and communicate value to the Teraco business.
    • Produce joint marketing opportunities and deliver content related to Teraco client opportunities (events, case studies, etc.)
    • Support the Teraco operation in the daily dealings with clients.
    • Achieve (and exceed) sales targets.
    • Sales pipeline management and reporting.

    Account planning and execution

    Account Manager (JHB EAST RAND)

    Main function of the Job

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Review of client business to understand what they do, how they do it and how they benefit from the Teraco Eco-Systems
    • Building relationships throughout client business levels to maximise depth of awareness of Teraco and create strategic relationships
    • Upsell Teraco products (e.g. interconnects, cabinets etc) and Value Added services (e.g. client portal etc) into clients

    BMS Design and Configuration Technician (Western Cape)

    OBJECTIVES MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

    • Conduct and manage working methods to ensure all clients SLAs are achieved.
    • Configuration and Management of Data Centre monitoring systems.
    • Design building automation systems for standard and/or critical environment facilities such as data centres
    • Coordinate submittals for the assigned BMS/EPMS projects.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers and third-party Contractors.
    • Program system controllers (Schneider, Siemens, Tredium Controllers etc).
    • Design and Build graphics for HMI, front ends, dashboards and digital signage and reports.
    • Use Schneider Scripting and Ladder Logic to write job specific programs such Data Centre Matrix, PUE, WUE, CUE calculation, alarms, and trends.
    • Coordinate with third party commissioning agents as needed.
    • Visit work site, as needed, must be familiar with jobsite conditions.
    • Troubleshooting BMS problems.
    • The BMS EPMS Controls Programmer will coordinate their activities to maintain project schedules and ensure successful project completion.
    • Coordinate tasks with in-house installation teams.
    • Assist with Hardware/Software calibration.
    • Provide building management system training.
    • Attend site meetings as required.
    • Provides technical support to Operations Team.
    • Ensure material and equipment is installed as per drawings.
    • Perform point-to-point checkouts to ensure connectivity between field devices and controllers.
    • Select control products, components, applications, and systems.

    Requirements
    SKILLS REQUIREMENT
