Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor digital campaign budgets – for brands & own brand
• Brief in & produce all content required across all digital & social platforms
• Develop & manage content plan across all social platforms
• Plan & manage social media platforms content KPI’s & strategy
• Prepare accurate reports for brands on social campaigns overall performance
• Working with the brand manager & online trading manager to coordinate with social agency to improve social media results
• Identify latest trends & technologies affecting the industry
• Evaluate metrics that affect website and social traffic, service quotas & target audience

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or tertiary studies in Digital marketing, communications, PR or similar
• 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role working in social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
