    Supply Chain Analyst - PE

    Key responsibilities

    • Be a co-pilot to Site teams in decision making through solicited and unsolicited advice based on financial analysis and in-depth knowledge of business operations.
    • Support the business planning cycle of the Site (Strategic Plan, Annual Plan and Latest Estimates).
    • Prepare and critically analyse monthly results and deliver timely management reports which include commentaries, KPIs, graphs, internal/external insights and/or benchmarks.
    • Manage and assess business unit performance against standards including: OEE, O/T, costing standards, Routing on SAP and recommend performance improvement or standards adjustment. 
    • Analyse and report on weekly and monthly production order variances, provide early warnings on deviations, advise on corrective/mitigating actions; review loss trends; ensure that the production Bill of Materials are correct and up to date.
    • Ensure reliability & integrity of accounting records (accounts and cost centres) and financial information (P&L and balance sheet) through regular controls and financial awareness of functions.
    • Ensure short-term interval controls are effective. Continuously review site financial control processes and identify possible risk. Propose and implement solutions/controls to strengthen control environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Perform monthly audits to ensure adherence to internal control principles and assist in stock verification as and when required.
    • Support business units to ensure adherence to financial control policies (financial, IT and materials) and procedures and good corporate governance principles & practices. 
    • Complete and submit Excise Accounts. Adhere to Excise policies and procedures and ensure documentation and administration is suitably maintained.
    • Ensure adherence and provide necessary support to the capital expenditure process as well as ensuring validity and accuracy of the asset register.
    • Involved in stock management and assist with stock takes, identification of slow moving and obsolete stock. Escalate to management team any stock risks.
    • Participate in cross site audits and stock takes.
    • Develop level 2 & 3 management financial competencies / capability in business unit.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification completed.
    • CIMA/ BCom Accounting honours advantages.
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the area of Management Accounting and/or Controlling, ideally in Supply Chain. FMCG experience advantageous.
    • Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance.

    Process Automation Analyst/Developer

    The Robotic Process Automation Analyst/Developer functions on an automation team and will leverage one’s analytical and technical skills to help identify, analyse, develop, and maintain automation solutions. You are a strong team player who will share a common objective with the Robotics and Automation team: to deliver high-value, quality automation solutions to Heineken Beverages.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Function as part of the Robotics and Automation team, reporting to the Robotics and Automation team lead.
    • Participate in the identification of processes that are suitable for automation.

    • Experience in .NET, HTML, Javascript and advanced automation tools (IDP, AI/ML, Cognitive solutions, etc.) will be advantageous.

    Senior Technology Spec. (Process & Solutions)

    The purpose of the Senior Technology Specialist (Process and Solution) is to serve as the ICT interface with Functional Business Units, focusing on digital transformation, optimising processes, solution discovery, project management and relationship management.   

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advisor to Functional business units with regards to digital transformation and technology transformation  and as such key in digital transformation drive.
    • Detailed understanding of business function strategies and processes to provide new capabilities that will address transformation and optimisation requirements.     HR Admin Controller

    Provide a professional and efficient HR admin support service to the People Centre of Excellence team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate all quotes & invoices, follow up with suppliers where necessary and assist with supplier queries 
    • Tracking and managing payment of invoices for vendors, creating of Purchase requisitions and orders

    Senior Technology Specialist (Business Systems)

    Purpose

    The Senior Technology Specialist (Business Systems) will be responsible for the specifications relevant for development, implementation, and maintenance of on premise and cloud solutions, ensuring their effective integration with other systems and alignment with the organization's strategic goals. This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.     Inbound Transport Manager

    Purpose of the job

    The Inbound Transport Manager is responsible for the development and execution of strategic inbound transport plans and dynamic load planning using company assets and third-party transporters. This position is a support function that works closely with Production Scheduling, Procurement, Production, Suppliers, and Transporters. The position will include direct responsibility for all planning and execution of inbound bulk transport plans and intercompany finished goods shipments from Production sites to Heineken Beverages national Mega DC’s. The success of the position will be measured on safety, service; savings and sustainability. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Safety and Sustainability

    • Ensure that a safety and sustainability culture is entrenched with transport teams and all incidents, accidents and near misses are reported, investigation and corrective actions implemented and monitored. Sustainability programs are implemented and tracked to ensure targets are achieved.

    • Drive and manage inbound planning teams to deliver on targets 
    • Analyse and evaluate teams performance against inbound planning metrics and provide recommendations and insights to management team and planning teams to improve on the 4 S’s

    • Manage the LSP relation and performance according to the LSP management approach in line with our strategy and standards. Collaborate with LSP’s and other stakeholders to identify and roll-out joint-improvement initiatives to improve performance

    TPM and Continuous Improvement

    • Link to the Transport Pillar, its strategy and control systems, and manage support the Pillar Team, resources and improvement team planning according to TPM methodology.

    Management Information Reporting

    • Prepares, explains, and follows up on management reports, in line with global reporting standards and/or local requirements.
