The Actuarial And Retirement Consulting Division Of Willis Towers Watson, A Leading Global Professional Services Company, Requires The Services Of A Pensions Actuary (Valuator) With General Benefits Consultancy Experience To Join Its Cape Town Actuarial Team.
The Role
As A Consulting Actuary In The Retirement Team, You Will Apply Your Consulting, Technical And Project Management Skills In The Areas Of Retirement Plan Valuations, Benefit Design, Compliance, And Risk And Financial Management For All Types Of Retirement Plans Including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution And Hybrid Schemes.
In This Role At WTW You Will:
The Actuaries And Consultants In The Cape Town Office Are Supported By A Small Team Of Technical Staff, Primarily Actuarial Students. As The Supporting Team Is Small, The Candidate Should Expect To Be “Hands On” In The Actuarial And Benefit Consulting Role.

The Role

The Role Will Be Responsible For Developing A Strong Territory Sales Pipeline, Moving Prospects Through The Sale Stages And Winning New Business. This Position Requires Strong Product Sales Experience, Self-Motivation. An Understanding Of How Rewards Data Intelligence Influences Compensation Planning.
