    Cyber Security Architect

    • Looking for a Cyber Security Architect for a fixed term contract to start Immediate

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Degree
    • 3 - 5years Security experience
    • Cloud Security experience
    • Defining Technology Security Architecture & Design
    • Mobile and Fix

    Duties:

    • To ensure security is embedded in IT Systems and Network Infrastructure (Mobile and Fix)
    • Planning, Designing, Building and reviewing cycle
    • To define, implement and efficiently maintain Tech Sec controls and requirements across Technology
    • Work with Senior Architecture Specialist to develop Tech Security controls and requirements for IT Systems and Networks (Mobile and Fix)
    • Provide Tech Security consultancy for Technology and business projects
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting of architectural solutions, risk findings and propose remediation and mitigation options.

    IT Support Engineer (German Speaking)

    • A well-established IT House in Midrand has an opportunity available for a German speaking IT Support Engineer.

    Job description

    • Ensure that each incident/request is immediately logged.
    • Provide 2nd line support telephonically and via email using remote desktop tools
    • Passed on to the appropriate person, department or vendor for resolution if not able to resolve first line.
    • Keep customer informed of the status of logged calls, global problems or down time.
    • Building good relationships with customers.
    • Keep all relevant staff informed of any perceived trends, positive or negative, in the phone calls and emails being received.
    • Provide data and statistics for reporting purposes from the service desk on request.
    • Update team leader or operations manager immediately of any unresolved issues, escalations and general issues.
    • Be able to diagnose hardware and software related issues relating to desktop and laptops.
    • Ensuring that response times are kept within the parameters set in the SLA.
    • Reporting status to management. Identifying problems and bringing them to the Managers attention with sufficient lead time to avert crises.
    • Provide Remote desktop support and resolution.

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma or B.Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science/Engineering
    • Microsoft Certifications
    • 5 - 8 Years Working Experience in a similar role.
    • Must have Remote Support Engineer exposure
    • Desktop Support Experience
