Engineering Specialist 

• Looking for a Senior Specialist: Engineering and Technical Building Solutions on a fixed term contract to be responsible for the end-to-end provision of Facilities Management, Energy Management, Project Management and HS&E Portfolio in National Facilities. Must be available immediately.

Requirements:

• Degree
• 5 - 8 years experience in facilities / property/building or construction
• Electrical Engineering Management with 2 - 3years spent in a management level
• ISO standards
• Building Management Control Systems
• Project Management

Duties:

• Business case compilation and business case modelling
• Research, benchmarking and analysis with the aim of developing and delivering leading and competitive facilities management propositions, strategies and execution tactics.
• Overall budget management of in terms of Capex and Opex expenditure.
• Contractual and commercial application within the built environment.
• Prepare tender documentation for technical projects.
• Project management, supervising and coordinating of contractors.
• Investigating technical suitability of new building premises.
