    Machine Area Specialist

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our production department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Machine Specialist role, which is based in Pretoria. The successful candidate will report directly to the Maintenance Controller. Key purpose of the role is to maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.

    Country Category Specialist - Midrand

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in the Procurement Department. We are looking for a talented individual with the relevant skills and experience for a Country Category Specialist, which is based at CCBSA Head Office in Midrand.

    Key Purpose:

    • To assist the Internal Stakeholder in delivering on the Functional strategy, cost savings/value capture, risk mitigation and supplier relationship management.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Stakeholder alignment 

    •  executes HQ CCBA Procurement categories in the country, leads contract implementation & drives contract compliance
    •  Works in close collaboration with HQ CCBA Procurement Team to ensure local acceptance of new contracts.
    •  Drive the implementation, execution and compliance management of HQ CCBA Procurement Leadership Team’s decisions.

    Quality Food Safety & Enviromental (QFSE) Manager - Lakeside

    Job Description

    Implement and Manage the Quality Business Plan for the Plant 

    • Implement the Annual Business Plan (ABP), and drive, monitor and report on QFSE goals for the plant. 
    • Develop plans for Laboratory Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requirements and ensure the execution thereof.
    • Report on KPI’s aligned with internal Management, CCBA and The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), including all Quality, Environmental and Sustainability parameters such as water usage, energy usage, plant waste and recycling.

    • Ensure that Product and Package Quality standards are monitored and controlled for the plant according to legal, internal and Coca-Cola Requirements.

    Implement and Manage Integrated SHEQ Environmental Compliance System for the Plant

    • Ensure that standards are implemented in line with International Standards Organisation (ISO 14000, 9000, FSSC 22000), Coca Cola (KORE) and legal requirements.
    • Develop and implement environmental systems and guidelines for the plant.
    • Determine environmental goals through Aspect and Impact Assessments.
    • Ensure adherence to the National Environmental Act and other applicable legislation.
    • Implement and maintain a document management system that addresses all Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental requirements.
    • Ensure that all validation requirements for new processes and equipment are followed as per agreed protocols.

    • Facilitate technical problem-solving regarding quality issues and manage trade and consumer complaints.
