    Admin, Stocks Accountant - Milnerton

    Job Purpose

    Overall responsibility to drive compliance at terminal level to the Stock Control Standard, SAP, EDI and Fuelfacs policies and procedures.

    • Accountable for performing the following critical tasks with emphasis on accuracy and quality:
    • Daily to Daily Stock Reconciliation, Customer Queries
    • Creating Purchase Orders on ARIBA (SAP) for additive
    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory reconciliation
    • Out of tolerance inventory loss/gain investigations
    • Explanations and execution of corrective action plans.
    • Ensure Hauler payments, query are resolved timeously

    Terminal Manager - Port Elizabeth

    Job Purpose

    Accountable for terminal and fleet operations, focusing on incident free operations, cost efficient network and asset utilization resulting in an industry leading position in terminal network efficiency, fleet utilization/efficiency aligned with our customer facing strategy. Full accountability for the safe, reliable and efficient storage and distribution of products including delivering financial performance metrics; joint accountability for achievement of target performance for OEAT (NOI). Accountable for Service Delivery Reliability to Customers.

    • Manage day to day operational activities including product receipts, transfers, loading rack operations, marine operations, tank field operations, quality control, routine maintenance, SHEQ, stock control and reconciliation consistent with safe, reliable and efficient operations.

    Lead Operator - Port Elizabeth

    Job Purpose

    Responsible for execution of day to day Operational activities at the Terminal including Marine Product receipts / Pipeline operations relating to scheduling, Transfers, Tank operations, Quality control, OE/HES, Stock control and reconciliation with regards tank operations to the Global Stock Control Standards.

    • Also ensure consistent application of clean, safe, reliable, efficient and environmentally sound operations.
    • Assist Terminal Manager with all Operational activities. Responsible for execution of day to day Operational activities at proprietary Terminal including Product receipts / Pipeline operations relating to scheduling, Transfers, Loading rack operations, Tank operations, Quality control, Routine maintenance, OE/HES, Stock control and reconciliation with regards tank operations to the Stock Control Standards.

    • Stewards the LPS process by ensuring that Terminal staff are conducting an adequate number of observations and that action items are completed on a timely basis.
    • Responsible for Safety Meetings, Stand Downs, Loss Prevention Observations (LPOs) and Job Loss Analyses (JLAs).
    • Reporting of all incidents in line with IIR, EIM and other related processes
    •  Provides coaching and supervision to plant operators and contractors supporting terminal operations.
    • Coordinates with Terminal Manager training and development of the personnel under his/her supervision.
    • Responsible to perform personnel evaluations (PMP).

    Professional Qualification and Certifications:

    The position is responsible for the execution on the BU Operational Training Curriculum working closely with the Operations Standards Specialist in developing cost effective, fit-for purpose operational training delivery plans for Logistics facilities.     Contractor - Infrastructure Manager - Cape Town

    The Infrastructure manager provides technical expertise and support for the management of the IT infrastructure within the organisation. This role will implement infrastructure standards and designs and will perform capacity planning, monitoring and will have oversight for the day to day and future operational requirements. This individual will be responsible for Infrastructure and OT architecture and will ensure close integration with the Enterprise Architect in an enterprise environment to successfully deliver infrastructure technology solutions.     Business Financial Risk and Control Manager

    As a key member of the Astron Energy Finance Team, ensuring the delivery of the Financial Risk and Assurance Framework (FRA) following COSO principles. Oversee and manage financial risk assessment, control, and mitigation strategies to ensure the organization's financial health and compliance with UK Corporate Reform (“UKCR").

    Reporting into the Senior Manager: Financial Accounting & Tax and working as part of the global FGA, the Financial Risk & Controls Manger is a leading subject matter specialist on Financial Risk Management and Internal Controls and is a valued partner to the business. Key responsibilities include:

    SOX Compliance Oversight

    • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to SOX compliance
    • Develop and sustain industry leading financial control policies and procedures.
    • Ensure technology solutions to manage the control framework is evolving and meeting the business needs.
    • Reassess and revise the FRA framework based on business changes.

    Risk Assessment and Internal Control Design

    • Coordinate the financial statement risk assessment and scoping process, including assessments on current and emerging risks.
    • Coordinate the identification of controls to mitigate the key risks.
    • Drive consistency in financial/business processes, risk assessments and key controls in the regions, aligned with the Financial Control Framework.
