Requirements

• A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12) and a relevant tertiary qualification in finance and/or costing.
• At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in costing with retail concern.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Experience using Sage X3 would be advantageous.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

• Product costing and tooling inventory reporting and maintenance – compare actual costs to estimates and analyse any variances.
• Preparation of cost estimates/quotes for new products/customers and product changes.
• Update BOMs as necessary.
• Assist with stock counts.
• Load cost estimates/quotes.
• Assist with recons/schedules.
• Prepare accurate records for old and new product costings.
• Maintain inventory and products.
• Draw audit information on a continuous basis.

Requirements

• Knowledge of production equipment and food safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Honest, trustworthy individual with sober habits.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s and forklift licences would be beneficial.
• Willing to work shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that production of beverages, including juices, bitterlekker and Vonkeltee, is carried out according to schedule.
• Monitor production quality and output.
• Assist with stock taking.
• Support general daily work functions.
• Ensure that the company culture is upheld at all times.

Skills & Requirements

• Qualification in digital design, graphic design or communication design
• Good knowledge of typography with attention to detail and a meticulous eye for layout
• Strong portfolio of design work – specifically highlighting advertising
• Great Adobe suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Proficient in Figma
• 1 – 3 years’ relevant industry experience
• Availability to work full time and on site (working remotely is not an option)
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• You take pride in your work and get things done (not 98% done)
• You’ve got loads of grit and you’re eager to learn
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• The ability to perform well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
• Own transport

• Work with E-Commerce Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling campaigns and designs
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points
• Aligning web creative with digital content
