Production Assistant (Non-Alcoholic Beverages) at Babylonstoren

Requirements

• A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
• Two years’ experience in food production and processing.
• Knowledge of production equipment and food safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Honest, trustworthy individual with sober habits.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s and forklift licences would be beneficial.
• Willing to work shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that production of beverages, including juices, bitterlekker and Vonkeltee, is carried out according to schedule.
• Monitor production quality and output.
• Assist with stock taking.
• Support general daily work functions.
• Ensure that the company culture is upheld at all times.
