    Communication Analyst (Junior)

    Key Purpose

    • Gathering, analysing and documenting of Discovery Life communication requirements for product, system and business process enhancements as well as for legislative, compliance and ad-hoc projects.

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • Consulting with business owners to gather their requirements for product application forms and servicing forms, as well as other written and digital communication.     Strategic Client Executive

    Key Purpose

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic, lasting relationships with a defined and carefully selected number key clients; to unlock long term, sustained value through focused product integration, utilisation and retention efforts

    Java Developer

    Key Purpose

    • Translates the CRS and PRS into executable code without errors. Finds effective software solutions to technical issues. Ensure that the application performs the functions as required by business. Releases source code with zero defects.

    Business Engineer

    Job Purpose

    • The Business Engineer Associate consistently works to update and further improve end to end processes. You will enhance the Bank’s overall efficiency and reduce costs by conducting analysis, design and optimisation of critical business processes, from design through to post-implementation support.     Machine Learning Engineer

    Key Purpose

    • This ML Engineer is responsible for designing, building, managing, and continuously improving the operational processes that support the deployment and maintenance of actuarial, machine learning, and other decision-support models. The role involves end-to-end project planning, cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, data science, analytics, and business teams, and delivering insights into process efficiency across business areas.     Key Purpose

    • The ETL/BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration pipelines and business intelligence solutions that support analytical, operational, and strategic decision-making, as specified by the BI Architect and Systems Analysts.     Key Purpose

    • To build on our current telematics reporting platform and enhance the features running with technical projects from end to end including design and implementation of the solutions. You will also be required to analyse large amounts of data to find key business value and insights.

    Regulatory Reporting Analyst

    Job Purpose

    • The Credit Management team is responsible for the management and strategy setting of the entire credit life cycle, including acquisitions, account management, collections & modelling and measurement. This necessitates an understanding of financial regulators and the reports they require, as well as analytical capabilities. The regulatory reporting analyst is instrumental in assisting the credit management team in the completion of all the activities mandated by various regulators.

    Regulatory reporting

    Manage the delivery of regulatory reporting items within the credit risk management space, including:

    • SACRRA
    • Form39
    • Visa
    • BA returns

    Business reporting

    • Run, maintain and automate all daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports via dashboards or other user-friendly methods
    • Adhoc reporting including data extraction and analysis.

    Internal governance reporting

    • Prepare, optimize and automate all reporting for regular internal governance committee meetings
