    Product Manager

    The Role:

    • Product Managers at Kurtosys contribute across multiple product domains - spanning foundational platform capabilities and client-facing reporting and digital solutions.
    • We operate through outcome-led initiatives aligned to longer-term product themes. Within those initiatives, PMs take meaningful end-to-end ownership, shaping the problem, driving delivery, and ensuring measurable impact.
    • Roadmaps are shaped collaboratively, but accountability is clear. You will be trusted to prioritise effectively, make trade-offs thoughtfully, and ensure the work you lead delivers real value.
    • This is a role for someone who wants real ownership in a complex, regulated environment - and who is motivated to grow into a strong, well-rounded Product Manager in world that is evolving daily as AI scales.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • As a Product Manager at Kurtosys, you will operate at the intersection of client need, platform capability, and commercial impact.

    You will:

    Lead outcome-driven initiatives

    • Frame complex problems clearly and define outcome-focused initiatives aligned to product themes.
    • Translate strategic intent into coherent, well-scoped execution plans.
    • Define meaningful success measures and ensure impact can be measured post-release.
    • Make pragmatic trade-offs to deliver value early while protecting long-term platform integrity.

    Drive high-quality delivery

    • Own and prioritise backlogs within your initiatives with clarity and discipline.
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design from discovery through release – not through handover.
    • Maintain high standards of scope definition, acceptance criteria, and delivery quality.
    • Balance speed with correctness in a regulated, data-intensive context.

    Shape direction, not just execute

    • Contribute actively to roadmap discussions and product decisions.
    • Bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems.
    • Challenge assumptions constructively and balance requests with scalable product thinking.

    Ensure adoption and realised value

    • Partner cross-functionally to ensure launches are enabled and coherent.
    • Monitor usage, adoption, and feedback signals.
    • Iterate intentionally to maximise long-term value and scalability.

What Will Make You Successful Here:

    • This role suits Product Managers who are thoughtful, structured, and comfortable taking ownership in a complex environment.

You’ll thrive at Kurtosys if you:

    • Think in systems, not features - looking for scalable patterns rather than one-off solutions.
    • Care about outcomes over activity - understanding that impact matters more than shipping volume.
    • Are comfortable with shared ownership and influencing across domains.
    • Bring intellectual honesty and are willing to change your perspective when data or insight demands it.
    • Operate well in complexity - regulated financial environments sharpen your thinking rather than intimidate you.
    • Value collaboration and see product as a team sport.
    • Are curious about how product management is evolving, including the role of AI in accelerating discovery and delivery.

You don’t need to have all the answers - but you should be motivated to ask great questions.

    What We’re Looking For:

    You likely have:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
    • Background or education in information systems, computer science, or related fields
    • Experience in fintech or financial services environments (advantageous)
    • Demonstrable knowledge with the asset, wealth or investment management industries (highly desirable)
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work across complex systems
    • Comfort working closely as part of a cross-functional team and making trade-off decisions
    • Clear, structured communication skills
