    Head of ITX

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and vision to support the growth of ETF business, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
    • Product Development: Lead the development and launch of innovative ETF/AMETF products that meet market needs and comply with regulatory standards.
    • Market Expansion: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that promote ETF products and increase market share.

    • Extensive experience in distributing retail products through Financial Advisors, with well-established market relationships.
    • A strong understanding of ETFs is preferred, though retail business development experience is prioritised.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Product Owner

    Details of Role:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a comprehensive rewards and loyalty program for STI and Investment products within the coalition program, aligned with Sanlam's business objectives and partner offerings
    • Utilise behavioural science principles to understand coalition customer motivations and design targeted reward structures that incentivize desired behaviors.
    • Analyse competitor rewards and loyalty programs to identify best practices and opportunities.
    • Own the entire lifecycle of the STI and Investment rewards & loyalty program, from ideation to launch, ongoing optimisation, and performance measurement.
    • Manage the program backlog, prioritise features, and ensure alignment with overall program goals, customer needs, and Sanlam's strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the customer experience and ensure a seamless rewards redemption process.
    • Develop communication strategies to effectively explain program benefits, promote loyalty, and motivate customer engagement.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    •  3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer rewards and loyalty programs.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful rewards programs within the financial services industry.
    • Behavioural science principles and their application in designing engaging and motivating rewards structures that incentivise desired financial behaviours.
    • Experience working with coalition programs or loyalty initiatives.
    • Knowledge of South African insurance and investment regulatory landscape.
    • Experience using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
